Complaints Procedure

At MFinance, we appreciate that you have the right to give complaints and recommendations and we, therefore, encourage you to do so.

STEP 1

It is your right to discuss it with the Branch Manager. If the Branch Manager is out of the office, you have the right to discuss your complaint with the Branch Operations Officer.

STEP 2

If your complaint has not been addressed by the Branch within 48 hours, you have the right to contact the Customer Service Manager on 0971000 396

STEP 3

If your complaint is not addressed by the Customer Service Department within 3 working days, you have the right to write directly to the Managing Director.
